What Is HFEE?

The Huntington Foundation for Excellence in Education (HFEE) is Huntington School District's non-profit organization that raises money to fund educational enrichment opportunities above and beyond state funding.

What Does HFEE Do?

The annual HFEE Gala raises money to fund these exciting opportunities. Teachers submit applications for their innovative ideas each year and then HFEE, along with the Board of Education, decides which ideas to fund.

How Much Money Has HFEE Awarded?

Since 1993, HFEE has distributed $1.1 million to teachers across all 8 schools in our district.

What Has HFEE Funded?

Smart Boards, Makers Spaces, 3-D Printers, Drones, Sound Equipment, Robotics Club Equipment, Ukulele Club, Hydroponics Lab, Marching Band Trailer, and more !

A History Of Helping

The Huntington Foundation for Excellence in Education has been funding innovative educational programs in our school district since 1993.  To date, our contributions to Huntington total over $1.1 million!

Your DOnation Matters!

HFEE is a 501(c)(3) organization run entirely by volunteers, and all donations are used to fund grants requested by educators in our district for the well being and educational enrichment of students in the Huntington school district. Every grant request is thoroughly vetted by our board of directors for innovation, size of impact, and sustainability. Your Donation Matters!
